FACTS Tuition Management
Beginning with the 2019-2020 school year, Saint James Catholic School will contract with FACTS Management Company to assist in managing our tuition payment program for families. All families within the school will be required to use FACTS.
The FACTS program benefits both the school and our families in numerous ways including:
- FACTS will insure the collection of tuition and registration fees, as well as incidentals, thereby reducing the problems caused by late deposits or delinquent payments. As a result, this will allow us to maximize our opportunities to provide the best educational services to our families.
- School families will have the ability to manage their personal account, choosing to have payments made via checking account, saving account or credit/debit card. Families will also have the flexibility to make changes as necessary.
- School administrators can spend less time running the business side of the school and spend more time educating the minds and souls of our children.
