Our PTA is
a vital part of the operations of our school. Without our PTA, we would not be
able to have a lot of the activities that the students and teachers treasure.
We encourage you to volunteer your time
and talents in the following areas:

Room
Parent
Responsible for class
parties, class baskets, scheduling parents to work different
functions.
Traffic
Assist
with morning arrival of students, 7:20 a.m. - 7:50 a.m. 
Bingo
Thursday evenings at Knights of Columbus selling packets & pull tabs
every couple of months.
Magazine Drive
Assists with our largest fundraiser. Must have good math skills
and a willingness to learn.
Heartland Festival
Volunteers needed to work booth(s).
Market
Day
Volunteers needed to work
distributing Market Day goods.
Fall Festival
Auction: Help chairperson solicit items for auction & set up
the day of auction.
Food:
Volunteers needed to plan, prepare and sell food.
Games and Prizes: Help to decide what games to use and how
prizes are distributed.
Patrol: Several volunteers needed to keep things running smoothly
throughout the evening.
Clean
Up: Many volunteers need at the end of the evening to clean and haul
supplies. This must be completed since Batcheldor Hall is used the next
day.
Campbell Soup
Labels
Chairperson &
volunteers needed to collect and cut out
labels.
Yearbook
Committee designs and puts the yearbook together.
Spirit
Committee
Committee plans a treat
for teachers each day during Teachers Appreciation Week.
Field
Day
Games: Committee
determines the games played and gets equipment to Freeman Lake Park.
Food: Committee helps put together the
lunches and delivers food to the Park.
